Trade Class Ltd t/a Touchscreen Company has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

The purpose of this policy is to:
- Prevent opportunities for modern slavery to occur within our business or supply chains.
- Ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (or applicable local legislation).
- Communicate our stance on modern slavery to all employees, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Scope
This policy applies to all persons working for Trade Class Ltd t/a Touchscreen Company or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners. - Our Commitments
- We will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.
- We will conduct due diligence on suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with our standards.
- We will ensure transparency in our business and approach to tackling modern slavery in our supply chains.
- We will provide training and awareness to staff on identifying risks of slavery and human trafficking.
- Responsibilities
- Senior Management is responsible for implementing and reviewing this policy.
- Managers must ensure that those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy.
- Employees and Contractors must avoid any activity that might lead to or suggest a breach of this policy.
- Reporting Concerns
Employees are encouraged to report any concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking in any parts of our business or supply chains. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation to [insert reporting channel or contact person]. - Breaches of this Policy
Any employee who breaches this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy. - Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure it remains effective and compliant with relevant laws and best practices.
